Mostacholes

You need:

- 500 g of meat
- 250 g Yuli Mostacholes noodles
- 1 pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 200 g pumpkin
- 1 tbsp Provencal
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 300 g of tomato puree
- oil c / n
- salt and pepper c / n


preparation:

In a saucepan we put some oil and put the small cut meat, as well as the onion, pepper and carrot. We incorporate Provencal, bay leaf, paprika, salt and pepper and bring to the fire.

We cook about 10 minutes. We add the tomato and some water. Cover and cook about 20 minutes. We must check that it does not dry out.

Add the diced potatoes and pumpkin and the Yuli mostacholes noodles. We add water to cover.

We cook about 10 minutes taking care that there is no lack of liquid. We try that the noodles are al dente or to the taste of who cooks. To this stew you can put chopped bacon along with the meat and sliced choclos that are added along with the potatoes.
