- 500 g of Yuli pasta of your choice.
- 5 seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- (½ cup) olive oil
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Mix the tomatoes, basil and olive oil in a glass or plastic container. Season with salt. Cover the container with clear plastic. Let stand at room temperature for at least 2 hours. You can rest for up to 10 hours.
Cook the Yuli pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and add the sauce. Stir well and sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste.
