mostacholes and vegetables

You need:
- 250g Yuli mostacholes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 3 round tomatoes
- 300g chauchas
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 medium carrots
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil c / s
- salt and black pepper

Cook the Yuli mostacholes al dente, submerged in salted water, strain and cool under the tap water. Cut the chauchas longitudinally and steam. Chop the garlic very fine. Cut into thin slices the carrot and cucumber, the sweet pepper in small cubes and the tomato in wedges and then in the middle. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl, salt and pepper, add corn or sunflower oil, mix well and to the table! If desired, instead of oil, season with a vinaigrette or some salad sauce.

Basic Vinaigrette Recipe:
Mix 1 part of vinegar in cold by 3 of oil. Season with salt and pepper.
