Pasta with olives and
feta cheese

You need:


- 250 grams of Yuli pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 250 grams of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 small zucchini, sliced
- Dry oregano, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 black olives, without carozo and slices
- 30 grams of feta cheese, crumbled

preparation:
Boil enough water with a salt in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drains
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and zucchini. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Add the olives and cook until they have warmed. Place the pasta in the pan, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Serve with feta cheese on top.
