- 2 dozen Yuli Empanadas Tapas
- 2 Large Onions
- 3 oil tablespoons
- 50 gr Butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 cups Milk
- 2 cans or 400 gr Choclos in grains (NOT CREAMY):
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoons Nutmeg
In a pot, sauté the onions in butter and oil, until they are very transparent.
Add the flour and stir with fork for a few minutes, then add the milk and continue stirring over medium heat until it is very thick. At that time add the well drained choclos and continue stirring for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let cool and arrange on the table the covers of Yuli empanadas and fill them.
Place them in a roasting pan previously sprinkled with vegetable oil and take them to a hot oven for approximately 20 minutes. Let them be super delicious!
