- Impalpable sugar or colored grana and chocolate
- Frying oil
- YULI puff pastry dough for cupcakes (24 tapas)
- Sweet potato or quince sweet 250 g
Separate the cupcake discs on the counter. Inside each one put a square of candy in the center and cover with another disk crossing it over the other, press with your fingers around the candy and form the cupcakes by squeezing their corners. Fry in plenty of oil, remove and sprinkle with sugar or you can sprinkle with honey and sprinkle with dragees of colored candies.
