- Yuli ravioli with ricotta or vegetables (these are the flavors that look the most, but another one can also be)
- sunflower or corn oil
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
- grated cheese (optional)
Separate the ravioli one by one. Put deep fryer or oil in a deep pot until frying, with the two whole garlic peeled and add the ravioli in batches until golden brown, removing with well-drained skimmer. Place in flat fountains with grated cheese bottom and sprinkle on hot. Serve immediately and enjoy them crispy!
