12 Yuli oven pies
3 Pears, peeled, pitted and sliced
150 g Roquefort
150 ml of milk cream
150 g Natural yogurt (no flavor)
Fresh herbs to decorate
Place the Roquefort in a small bowl and tread well with a fork.
Add the beaten eggs with fork, cream and yogurt and mix well.
I covered the muffins with the dough or basket baskets and puncture the bases with a fork.
Place the pear slices carefully in the doughs and pour the Roquefort mixture over them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until ready. Garnish with herbs of your choice and serve warm.
