You need:
- 2 dough disks for Yuli cake
- 2 bundles of chard
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 eggs
- 100 grs. cream cheese
- salt, pepper and nutmeg

Process:
Wash the chard leaves well and cut part of the stem. Boil for a few minutes. Remove from the water and press the leaves well, to remove all the water. Chop well girl and reserve. In a pan place the onion and garlic to saute with a dash of olive oil, cook until the onion is transparent. Then add the cooked chard leaves. Mix all the preparation and let it cook for a few minutes. Add a raw egg to the preparation along with a few pieces of cream cheese. Let the egg cook, and the cheese melts. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Stretch the dough in a pan, add the filling, and then make some holes in the filling with the help of a spoon and place 1 raw egg in each space. Cover the filling with the other Yuli dough disk, repel. Paint with egg (optional) and take to preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes.
