Yuli Pasta gnocchi blister (500gr)
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup vegetable stock (or dry white wine)
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup of cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Cook the gnocchi according to the package. Colá and Reserve covered so they do not cool.
To prepare the sauce: Place the butter in a pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Add the broth, Dijon mustard and cream to the pan. Cook for a few minutes. Remove the lid and mix the Parmesan cheese.
Let it cook, uncovered, for a few more minutes, until the sauce thickens more and then place the gnocchi and mix so that the pasta integrates well with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper as necessary and garnish with parsley.
