Empanadas with milk caramel

You need:
12 Yuli oven pies
400g pastry milk candy
To paint
1 egg, beaten
1 spoon of sugar

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200C (strong). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and paint with oil. Reserve.
In each pie cover place a soup spoon filled with milk caramel in the center, and seal the edges with water and repulgue.
Place the empanadas on the plate, paint them with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 10/15 minutes, or until golden brown.
