You need:
- Onions 3
- Oil 3 tbsp
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Buttery cheese or quartgolo 250g
- ½ cup milk
- Sugar ½ tbsp
- Hard boiled eggs 4
- 12 Yuli oven patties

preparation:
Cut the onions in julienne, cook them with the oil and butter. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper and parsley. Mix well and remove from heat, let cool. Add the diced cheese, milk, sugar and chopped eggs; let cool well. Distribute the filling in the discs or empanada lids, close and make the repulgue you want. Place them on a baking sheet, brush them with milk and cook about 12 minutes at maximum temperature.
